If you’d like to delete your Contatta account, you can submit a request here. Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted:
- All of your contacts, notes, and account data will be removed from our systems.
- You will lose access to your account and any features linked to it.
- This action cannot be reversed.
How to Request Deletion
- Log in to your Contatta account.
- On web or mobile, go to Settings > User > Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm deletion.
Alternative Request
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing us at support@contatta.com from the email address linked to your account. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
What Happens Next
- We’ll process your request within 30 days.
- Some data may remain in backups for a limited period as required by law or for security purposes.
