- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

2.Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3.Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.
4.Content
- Any content you create, upload, or share through the app remains yours.
- By posting content, you give us permission to display and use it within the app as needed to provide our services.
- You may not post harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
5.Payments
- Some features may require payment. Prices and terms will be shown before you complete a purchase.
- Refunds may be issued by Contatta, Inc. or the platform through which you purchased your subscription, subject to applicable purchase terms and law. To request a refund for a purchase made directly through Contatta, contact support@contatta.com. For purchases through Apple or Google, use that platform’s refund process. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
6.Intellectual Property
The app and all materials we provide (logos, designs, text, code, etc.) are owned by Contatta, Inc. and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without our permission.
7.Disclaimers
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.
8.Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
9.Termination
We may suspend or stop providing access to the app if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by other means.

12.Third-Party Services
You may choose to connect third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, and Apple accounts. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You authorize Contatta to access and sync the data needed for the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a service in Settings or revoke access through the provider. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or restrict access, which may affect connected features.
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any mandatory rights or protections you have under applicable law remain in effect.
14.Disputes
If a dispute arises, please first contact Contatta, Inc. at support@contatta.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Contatta, Inc. agree to bring proceedings in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and consent to those courts’ jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
